Eden Roskill carried on where they left off in the preliminary rounds as they got the better of Cornwall in a battle of the top two qualifiers. A solid batting effort on day one led by Brad Staddon (98) and well supported by Vivek Trichy (65) and Anand Mitha (54) allowed Eden Roskill to post 278 and they comfortably made their way to a first innings victory as Cornwall struggled to 148/8 before picking up some valuable batting bonus points on day two. The home sides 314/5 was based around Craig Pryor's 116 with valuable assistance from Sam Anderson (66) and Michael Guptill-Bunce (64*). The win puts Eden Roskill into second on the table whilst Cornwall are fourth.
